SOLD The Rainbow Inn, Allesley, Warwickshire has been sold off an initial asking premium of £175,000 for the partially tied Enterprise Inns lease. The business, which has been operated under management, achieves gross weekly sales of around £11,000 almost entirely from wet trade alone. The Rainbow is located in an affluent village 4 miles or so from Coventry.
